  1. Fill out our form to order services or contact me to request a consultation → Share your quilt vision and needs.

  2. Choose Your Quilting Style → Select from designs, threads, and patterns.

  3. Cherish the Finished Quilt → Receive a quilt ready to be loved, gifted, or passed down.

Are you Ready to Book your Quilt!

  • Explore the Stitch Pattern & Thread catalogues to see our choices for your project. 
  • Fill your choices into this order form.  Please answer all questions for the best service.
  • Prepare your quilt for delivery – Use this check off list as a guide.
  • Submit this form to secure your booking.
  • You will receive and email of the work order with calculated fees within 24 hours.  If you have any discrepancies or concerns contact us within 48 hours.
  • Ship or Deliver your quilt.  
  • Turn around time for quilting services is generally 2-4 weeks from time of delivery of all fabrics. Please note that times are determined by current customer needs.  You will be notified at time of order if timeline is changed.  Rush orders available – additionally fee required.

Terms of Agreement:  Please know that we will do our best for your quilt to turn out beautifully.  When you hire us agree that we are humans and sometimes errors happen.  We promise to communicate to you immediately if this happens.  By submitting your order you agree to these terms.  Thank you for your understanding.
