before you send your quilt:

1. Measure your quilt in inches, both the width & length – use these measurements to determine your quote.
2. Pick your quilting E2E design from the Stitch Patterns – add selection to your cart
3. Choose your thread color or allow quilters’ choice – note your choice in your cart
4. Mark the top of your quilt by pinning a tag stating “top”, trim all threads, then press your quilt top and backing with seams flat.
5. Prepare your backing fabrics – the back size needs to be 8″ larger than the quilt top all around. For example if your quilt top is 60″ x 60″ – your backing needs to be 68″ x 68″.  I am happy to piece the backing for you for additional $15 fee.  If you need help to determine how much fabric you need for backing – call me.
6. If you are shipping your quilt be sure to package it into a plastic zip bag first with your order form and then into your shipping box.  This is to add protection in case there is rain or water during shipping.
